Prior to DHANES, Your Property Curator, Dhanes too wanted to buy, but not be sold. Realtors were aplenty; but objective and competent ones were a rare breed. She wanted a long-term trusted property advisor; but only met one-off transactional realtors.
Since she couldn’t find one that jived with her work ethics, she decided to knowledge-gather herself. Overwhelming it was! But luckily, her finance, legal and economics background, and having kept abreast of the markets and news since 2010, quickly flattened the learning curve.
She “moonlighted” as a data analyst for family and friends for a bit; soon after, was sought for second opinions from the second-degrees. One thing led to another, and as they say, the rest is history.
