Completion & Handover
While transaction timelines we’ve presided over range from 6 weeks to even 6 months, the typical duration between the OTP issuance and completion is 10 to 14 weeks. Whatever it is, we will get you to the finish line. Once done there, you’re all set to hand the keys, collect your proceeds and pop that wine!
